MARKETING TO CHAMBER MEMBERS

Many Chamber members would like to promote their products and services to other members and we have received several recent requests from companies wishing to add information, promotions and offers to our website, or to email the membership with marketing information. As is the purpose of a networking organisation such as ours, we are keen to encourage business between members but we do not wish to overwhelm people with sales information.

To give members the opportunities they are looking for, make it fair for all and to manage the amount of content being sent to the membership, we have now designed a range of packages that reflect the marketing value provided by our resources whilst ensuring we cover the cost of managing content on our website and emailing to members. If you have any news this will be considered for free inclusion in the newsletter and on the website, as is already the case.

Website packages

PACKAGE 1 - non-for-profit

This package is for those promoting an event, opportunity or information that members may be interested in, but who are not seeking to profit because it does not involve selling your services. This might be your company winning an award, organising a fundraising event or advising members about legislative changes for example.

Prices:

Adding a News page to the Chamber website @ £25.00 plus vat. This will appear on the front page of the Chamber website
Creating a page in the members offers section of the site @ £25.00 plus vat

If you opt for both you receive a 10% discount. This includes up to 200 words of copy and 2 images with links to a website or a PDF. Copy and images must be provided and are subject to approval of the board

PACAKAGE 2 - Members offers

This package will suit those looking to promote a product or service they want to sell to members. This would include products or services, as well as special offers.

Prices:

Adding a News page to the Chamber website @ £50.00 plus vat. This will appear on the front page of the Chamber website
Creating a page in the members offers section of the site @ £50.00 plus vat

EXCLUSIVE OFFERS TO MEMBERS

If your offer is exclusively for members and is not available to companies or individuals outside of our membership, the price is reduced by 30% to £35.00

E-marketing packages

Whilst we are sure members won't want to be overwhelmed with emails marketing the products and services offered by fellow members, we will offer members a maximum of two opportunities per year to promote their products and services to members. The content of these offers is subject to approval by the board.

Prices:

PACAKGE 1

1 x output to the Chamber membership @ £75.00 plus vat

This will be sent out via our e-marketing platform, so we can tell you how many people opened it and clicked through to your website, if you have. This includes up to 200 words of text with 2 images.

PACKAGE 2

1 x output to send a PDF to our membership by email @ £50.00

This will be sent out and includes 100 words to go in the body text plus a PDF attachment.
